Meet your Pit Master:
Chef Dorian Barr
Chef Dorian Barr grew up in Lake City, SC. His passion to service has led him to many careers in his life but now it has led him into the Kitchen. For 25 years and during the pandemic he has been serving his community as a Paramedic and Fire Fighter and continuing to do so while attending culinary school. Since 2018 Chef Barr has pursued his catering business on the side and today has expanded his passion into his Smokin' Angels Q Food Truck. Taking his culinary passion to the roads of Florence County; much like he did at the age of 8 with his Grandfather and Dad; helping with food in the kitchen to give to his community.
